OK, that is just KAT perspective. We like shiny dangly things.

Perhaps a sleeveless gown then you can add a jacket for a second use, possibly a wide belt and scarf to get a third use.

The first image I had when I read the title of this thread was of those paper dress up dolls, where all the paper clothes have tabs to bend behind the cut out doll...

I'm sure you'll knock 'em dead no matter what you wear. And I agree with LORDKat, once you wiggle inside that red number it will no longer be plain! The thing about red is that it is pretty eye catching anyway so you don't have to do much more with it.

Looks like you will just have to hit the boutiques hard.

So I spent the last twenty minuets browsing dresses on (insert online shop here)

and yeah I saw a whole lot WOOOOOOW and I cant wear its :p
as well as some if only I had the boobs, kind of dresses.

looked for reds with shorter hems and, I realy have no idea. That's my fault though, I shop in from of mirrors, hold it up assess myself yes or no, and repeat. So all the time im just wishing I could drag you out to a clothes shop, hold some things up to you, think yes, then come back hear and go, here's some ideas I think you might like. why do I over think things lol

sadly im a practical person and my imagination is all I have no idea. sorry cindy.

EDIT---- I though hey why not? If you don't like the style, then I'm still helping, even if only as an idea of what your not looking for.
(I don't have any claim to a fashion sense) But these I was thinking more of a something like, I thought they might compliment your hair colour.

But that second one is nice. I was going to say a bit too weddingy, but then I remembered "Burgundy"
I would love to wear a dress like that, but the single strap has me concerned, I find my shoulders stop them sitting right.
But I like it a lot.

EDIT---- its not a strap, its a strapless one with a what you ma call it??? "shawl??" idk but needless to say it doesn't look like the over shoulder part is for support, and more for decoration

I feel like one of them should be a little black dress just because that's the cliche classy thing to wear.

Okay lol I just fell into the rabbit hole of dress googling. I was not aware that fashion is such an insanely hyperdocumented situation.

This and things like it are nice, but I couldn't click through properly on any of the image search pics without getting lost so idk about places to buy stuff or what styles are specifically called.

And yes there is an insane amount of female fashion on the net (but I'm happy for more ), reasonable prices too, I buy most of my dresses on line and have bought some gorgeous stuff for around $20.

The two I posted are about $130 and would be five times that in a shop.

Mmmm- I'd wear the long one on the right for everyday. Most of my working life is reasonably intense meetings and I need to look smart, well any excuse will do!

Middle are too short, my legs are good but that short is too young (maybe)
