FOR ****'S SAKE.

Awfully horribad bus schedules apparently weren't enough but all the blood test appointments were late by approx. 45 minutes! @_@ All in all, I was waiting for my turn for, what, over 1,5 hours?

YAY.

I see beauty when I look in the mirror.  I just know I can't believe it because the world doesn't reflect that.

Possibly decide who's perception is more important, your's or the multitude of strangers who make up the rest of the world
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

My hair is getting/going to be too long to cosplay as some of the characters I want to cosplay as. In a way, I think it's kind of symbolic. I have/had a tendency to live vicariously through fictional characters since I feel/felt blocked from living as myself. Now, it's like I'm shedding (ahar) that to live as myself.

I'm taking a first aid/CPR course in a few days, hopefully will help with the job prospects.

My sports bras are worrying me. The straps show by my neck. They are a year old and worn nearly every day so I am not surprised, they're getting worn out and supporting less too. It's embarrassing. But I can't buy anything new (no cash), don't fancy trying on bras in the store again, and it's too hot for the waist trimmers I used in the winter.

Hysto tomorrow and I'm not stressed out or concerned about it. Well, not yet at least and I'd prefer to keep it this way. :D I'm more concerned about having to survive on hospital food for several days. I have slight childhood traumas about it and they always seem to know exactly what foods I don't like at all. @_@

It's generally not too bad, that is, if they're aware of the type of surgery you've had.
When I had my jaw surgery, what do they send me for lunch? A salad. Dinner? Beef stew. Breakfast the next day? Well, I think they caught on, cream of wheat (but at the time it was believed that I was lactose intolerant) and by that time, I was really hungry, and didn't care what meal it was, bring me something I can eat! The nurse was like wtf seriously can these people not read and quickly got them to purée some beef stew for me. Not the weirdest breakfast I've ever had (that was a coffee and a stick of Buffalo Bob's Cajun Style Alligator Jerky) but certainly up there :P

Why does Astroglide only have one "s"?  Shouldn't it have two?

...Well, that sucks big time. That's just so ridiculous I don't even know what to say. o_o

I'm just a bit fuzzy eater in general, for example I don't like eating meat unless it's cooked by certain few people. I have huge paranoia about meat being undercooked and having chewy bits in it (in which case I get an immediate gag reflex and won't eat anymore). I also like my food fairly well seasoned and that's something hospital food lacks... Not very good things when combined with my raging T hunger. :D

Oh yeah, and judging by the last time they only serve coffee during breakfast and I like having coffee, or something with caffeine, through the day. :I Here's hoping no caffeine withdrawals will kick in...

I look back on it now and laugh. Not at the time, I was hungry, the pain and anti-nausea meds wanted something in my stomach, and worse, my IV popped out and well there went the nausea meds.
At the time, man, was I just ready to not be there and was borderline angry. Now, I chuckle :D

Oh yeah, I know those feelings from my teenage years.

That's unfortunate. I like a cup during breakfast, and then another a couple of hours later (usually around 10) with a small snack myself.

I'm wondering if I should drop one of my courses next fall. Five lectures and three labs all of which will most likely have homework might be a bit too much to do on top of everything else. Especially since I'll have to get a babysitter for one of those labs if I don't drop it.
I'm wondering if I should take lessons in something I want to learn more about. Maybe I should work on the projects I've already been meaning to do first.
I'm wondering how I can teach myself self discipline. I have a hard time not procrastinating. It doesn't help that I feel tired a lot. I should eat healthier and exercise more.
I'm wondering if I should call the tattoo place and ask them to fix mine up. The green isn't as dark as I'd like it to be.

I just remembered something that happened when I was about eight years old.  It had been raining for days and was staying with a friend's mom for the day.  After it stopped raining, we decided to take a walk in the woods and both slipped in the mud.  We thought it was funny and ended up rolling around in it to the point that we were both completely covered in mud from head to toe.

When we arrived back at the house, his mother rolled her eyes, ordered us to strip naked and marched us into the backyard where we were unceremoniously hosed down with the cold water from a green garden hose.

Because my friend was so much smaller, the only clean clothes in the house that would fit me belonged to his older sister, which I wore while my clothes and shoes were washed.  I sat in her room alone for two hours as a punishment while wearing her clothes.  I spent the time actually wishing I was her and admiring her collection of dolls and stuffed animals.  I had to pretend that I hated it because i knew that I would get the snot beaten out of me again at school if I didn't protest too much.

So that was actually the first time for me.

Cathay Pacific in January/February is $7000 for business class roundtrip ORD-HKG-BKK. The round the world trip I could do afterwards, making it ORD-HGK-BKK-KUL-SIN-SYD-DXB-DOH-JNB-LHR-MAD-GIG-SCL-EZE-JFK-ORD (Bolded are actual stops, others are just plane change) would be $11000 in business class.
I see no logic to that. Just means more fancy seats and meals for me.
Sad part is, even though I love Cathay and their business class seats to death, $7000 for the flight is beyond what I can afford. It's about $1000 ORD-NRT-BKK on ANA, or ORD-ICN-BKK on Asiana in coach, or the cheapest business class price, $3500 on Hainan ORD-PEK-BKK, and although they're all 5 star airlines, none of them have the place in my heart that Cathay does.

Is it possible to be a fan of an airline? If so, I'm certainly Cathay's #1 fan. Wish it could get me a free/discounted upgrade :(

Hardly an outfit, but it was a pair of Jordache jeans and a white top with short sleeves and ruffles.  Hey, it was 1978...

The first time for makeup was 1989, when I had an andro goth makeover for Halloween.  I was Marilyn Manson before he was.
