the goverment in my country been debating on new rules for transgenders laterly and these rules will have huge inpacts in my and other transgenders life. The more trans-accepting members are on the top now, but it wont last because the most ignorant parties got very porpular laterly so I think the changings which will happent are important and I can only hope for the best

first the good part:
the goverment have decided that they should get rid of the sterilizations requirement and the law will take place in september:

so far, you could only change your gender ID, firstname to male/female, and other gender things if you got castrated and erased all marks of your options to reproduce. thats include no sperm, no eggs,
since sterilication also is illigal for people below 21 it was also nearly imposible to transition legally on paper before that age unless you traveled abord or had some special rick of exemple cancer.

by the new law, you can change your Gender ID or first name to your identified gender by sending an aplication, waiting 6 months and then confirm it. theres no requirement that any kind of threatment is nessesarry, however you must be 18 and you can be denied if they dont think your requirement is serious. (if exemple you writte you just want to do it for fun)
in general it sound very good, and alot more easy of a process and it means that maybe within a year I can get my ID to be male.

heres the bad part:
the health care authourities have also made another suggestion to the goverment.
the suggestions say they want to close down all clinics exept 1 particular one which I personally feel is got very bad and inhuman threatments of transgenders because theres threatment is based on a long exame where you are jugde on how binary you are and asked alot of questions lasting from 6 months to 2 year or more.
I read it today in the news, and the newspaper had written my doctors name in as one of the guys which will
be infected and forced to closed down. whenever they close or not will be decided in next month.

basically this mean that I may stand next year and be able to change my ID legally as male, but not being able to get homones anymore but it depends on what they say next month so I can only hope for the best.
I will look forward to see what they are planning, I think the suggestion is ridiculous stupid because they have tried to ban doctors like mine before but it failed and now they are giving it another try.
I need to think abit of a plan B on what to do, luckely we are better prepeared this time than first.
