They gave me the shot in my arm. Does anyone know when I can take the bandaid off? I forgot to ask.

Congrats Kam. Although, the arm?? That sounds painful. o.O Either way, you can take the band aid off, in my experience they just keep any blood or oil in that may leak out, but once the little prick mark is healed up (takes hardly any time) the band aid can come off.

Thanks everyone!! I'm still hyped I've just been doing push ups and curls on and off all day long. I thought my arm would hurt worse from the shot but it's just a little sore. Such a great day!
