your infertile now. its because testosterone receptors are virtually shut off so your testes cant make sperm anymore thus why its clear.

No, it won't do anything to counteract the estrogen. HRT will make you infertile which is why your semen is clear. As time progresses you may not be able to ejaculate at all. This is normal. Go ahead and enjoy the sex :)

In Ardua Tendit (She attempts difficult things)

I'm at the exact same stage as you, and only a year older. THis has happened to me as well, so I guess it's normal. In fact some days I have clear fluid, sometimes very slightly cloudy and others nothing at all.

having sex or masturbating will not trigger the production of Testosterone if that is what you are wondering. because you can't produce sperm anymore (well as long as you are on the AntiAndrogens) you are also have the ability to multiorgasm because of the lack of T.

I don't LOL. Have been without T since 2004! Perhaps, I'm doing something wrong?! LOL.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005

it's something that has to be learned though, it's possible I have done it before at times when my libido was very high.

ARE YOU SURE??

I've desperately wanted to know the answer to the question of 'does the act of orgasm increase testosterone' but I keep forgetting TO ASK IT!!

Just to add...if I just play with my clitoris, then yea, it feels more like multiple orgasms or something like that...but is a tease more than anything else and I hate it! LOL.
