What can one do to grow female boobs without hormone treatments?

Nothing that I can think of. Non prescription supplements claim you can, but they are just a way to separate you from your money. The FDA does not regulate them and you never know what is in them or if they are safe. HRT Hormones stimulate the ducts, glands, etc. and allows growth.

Without hormones?  Either herbals (many breast growth websites out there), or implants.. that is the -only- way without "drugs"  .. well.. can also use rubber boobs, but wanting your own?  Herbs or hormones.  You have to take everything that comes along with those too.  Hair, skin, nails, emotions, weight gain, family rejection, and the biggie, losing Junior.

All that said.  your very first step is to find a therapist.

mint tea, liquerish, soy. those will more than likely prepare your body for ease of change.

Why do you consider that to be a negative?

I don't, but you stated only interest in growing boobs, I took it to mean that was all you were thinking about.  Had you said, I wish to change/transition, rid myself of this, my answer would not have included it.  for me.. no, it's not a negative thing.  Remember, there are as many reasons to keep it, as to get rid of it.  Many still want it to function, for some, it might, others, not so much.
