Had my final consult with Dr. Gary Alter today.  Everything is going as planned, and this time next week I will be livin' la vida sin cojonitas.  Too bad they're getting sent to a lab.  I was hoping to have them brass plated and put on display.

So I guess I my life will be significantly "Altered"?

Today, got to eat a free strawberry glazed donut, also found a penny on my way home and I forgot to post this yesterday but, even after all the trips this month to a few fast food joints which I hardly ever do (I normally eat out once a month if at that) and then some, I was certain I was going to gain weight or at least be the same but nope! I lost at least 2 pounds, now if I can JUST lose another 20 pounds and this STUBBORN belly fat (And a little fat in other areas too) then I'll be skinny like I used to be plus be at around the weight a woman should be.

First appointment with my new therapist went very well! Apparently I had made a good first impression on the staff there just over the phone and then on her as well. Also I didn't plan to tell this therapist, but she has an LGBT safe zone sticker in her office so I might after all. I'm pretty sure she is an INFP. And for some reason INFPs always love me in person. Which is great cuz they make me feel all fuzzy and accepted

I got a call back to interview for the job I went to apply for yesterday! WOOT! Or should I say woof since it's a job working with dogs!

Funny how life works sometimes. I also got an email last night from a friend I haven't seen in over two years! Hopefully her and  can hang out. I missed her.
