Testicular size increase, should I be worried?

I've noticed today that my testicles have unfortunately gained some size again after shrinking incredibly fast after I started HRT. I'm just 11 weeks in, so I probably shouldn't worry that things fluctuate here and there, but as I am quite sensitive to these things, I can't help but feel a bit freaked out and worried.

So is it normal that they might increase in size temporarily while shrinking or should I start to worry that my anti-androgens aren't doing the trick? I don't think they're nearly to the size I started with and my boobs still hurt, which I guess is a good thing since I assume it means that the estrogen is still doing it's thing.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I'd call the trans clinic to ask them, but they're on a summer break, so there's nobody there.
