What will happen if I inject into "there"

So I have decided to wait and get a phallo later in my life but really need a meta this winter or early next year.
The problem is that i'm not big enough to get it and the growth stopped after maybe at 5 months on T.
I know it's probably just as big as it can get, but I really don't want to give up until I have tried everything.
Some guys say Andractim DHT creamwould help but it is not available in the U.S. and would probably be seized if I order online.
So the only thing I can possibly do is to inject right into it. I know that the T is only supposed to be injected into large muscle, and even the androgel is advised not to apply on genital area.
I just want to know why T should not be injected or applied there. I don't mind if it will simply not work, but concerned that what harm it can do?

Other than the fact that it would hurt A LOT, T has to be injected into a muscle in order to be processed by your body correctly.
As far as androgel goes, I'm not sure. I was always going to go with injection, so I didn't do much research into it.
The more I know, the more I know I don't know.

Yes it did hurt A LOT, I was also told that it can only be injected IM, but decided to give a try after reading this

Injecting "there" is a nice way to destroy nerve ends! There is a reason it says for intramuscular injection only. Your concentrations will peak and diminish too rapidly as well.

I would not recommend that you inject "there" at all.  Seconding the others - you are looking at possible nerve damage, non-absorption of your T (wasting a shot) and disappointment.  You can't expand the tissue anymore than it is by injecting testosterone into it - if the T in your bloodstream is not causing anymore growth, then the T in your dick isn't going to cause anymore growth.  Where you inject is irrelevant in regards to getting more size.

Yes, you can get DHT cream in the US, a lot of guys have, you can get a prescription or order it online. Here's a page with some info.

Also, never inject into there, it won't cause any extra growth, you'll waste a shot because T is only IM, and if anything, you'll only damage your nerves.

Not to mention if you hit a blood vessel.. ick ick ick. Have you thought about pumping and dht creams? If you get the prescription for it, it shouldn't be seized. I'm looking into ordering some my self once funds stabilize. I'm also looking into pumping.
Since being on T already, pumping should give you some more results. Stretching the skin ect.
I run a FtM blog where I pour my experiences out for others to read. Check it out!

Ouch! I think it'll be a while before I uncross my legs.

Seriously though, I would not do it. T is not made to be injected into extremely sensitive areas and you'll damage a lot of nerves. Go with DHT cream and pumping if you want to try and increase your size.

That just sounds extremely painful... And honestly you would not get anything from all of that pain. Like others have said, it would just be a wasted shot of T. So, I would look at some other options.

just thinking about it...has me grabbing my junk in pain...OW..why? lol but like everyone else said, I wouldn't inject there, besides that it will be painful, you will most likely waste a shot and I doubt it will make there grow any faster or bigger, kind of like where you inject now, my one thigh doesn't get hairier than the other.

As others have said, try DHT and/or pumping. These are recommended by metoidioplasty surgeons as effective. Besides probably being a waste of a shot, injecting directly into the penis carries a risk of infection or permanent nerve damage.

You said growth stopped at about 5 months, but how long have you been on T? Recommendations from metoidioplasty surgeons, as I recall, range from a minimum of one year to a minimum of two years on T. It's possible you might not be done growing yet, especially if you manage to get some DHT and pump.

And what's with all the posts saying T only works intramuscularly? Subcutaneous works just as well, possibly even better in some ways.

I agree I use subcutaneous shots, its the only way my doctor gives T in the form of shots, its suppose to be better, well safer I think, It works fine for me

Hey,

You can get the DHT so try order some.  If there is another issue, there are ways to modify the composition of the cream so that you can absorb it directly.  An injection is a good idea except for damage from the needle and no way to know exactly how much is the correct dose and how much is to much.  Quite simply, to much and you could kill it....

You want a larger dose to the penis than what you have been getting and you want it over a long period of time.

I am a molecular toxicologist.  Please don't do this.

To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.
