Just one of those " ??? ???" moments yesterday when I visited the Endo when I had to test muscle strength by using this thing: http://www.nymc.edu/fhp/centers/syncope/handgrip%20dynamometer.jpg

52kgs. Endo looked almost in disbelief, looked at my previous test which was the day before I started HRT which measured 37kgs which was actually more in the range of average women than my current 'strength"

I wasnt really sure whether to react in disgust or laughter. I mean I dont workout, I dont do some sort of drugs and my only dietary change has been oatmeal for breakfast instead of bread

I told him I might not have tried hard enough last time because I was way more nervous. Just hope its some artifact and it gets more normal next time

Strength doesn't matter as long as your shoulders are narrowing. If you end up looking womanly and can still lift heavy objects that's a plus.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!

Hehe, he did grin and say that it was actually a plus if I keep some strength and it'd be quite handy

My shoulders have been more narrow than the average male so I guess I shouldnt have to worry

Odd week  :D
