What a great month it has been!!!
About a week ago my girls started to get ever so slightly sore. Then they were too tender to touch against my shirt, and sleeping on them is outta the question! Lol but there's no growth to really call growth.. I noticed that my areolas were puffy a couple days after my second injection (once a week) and now they are starting to look redder or darker.  Yesterday a coworker suggested I start wearing a sports bra, it helped her when she was pregnant and yeah def a must for me!
I guess my libido has dropped a little... Certainly still there ^_^ lol, I don't want to delve into it too much, but there have been changes in the way...
I happy to say that since I started hrt I have lost 8 pounds, so about 2 a week.  The sliding door to the balcony in my apartment has def gained some weight though. Why are you so heavy door??? Lol
I'm not doing a 'diet' plan, just eating reasonably.. Normal portions look frieghtening though at first though c:  i started going to the gym at work today and spend almost 30 mins.  For now I'm going to stick with the treadmill and bike.

It's way past my bedtime, so I'm going to finally post this. I'm hoping that I can get better at sharing my experience with everyone.
Oh and please feel free to ask me any questions.

Ttyl Girls,
Madeline

Happy to hear that things are going SOOO well for you and welcome to this forum! So, you are on estradiol valerate injections weekly? Anything else?

I'm also on injections since a few months, before that on pills and what a difference! I also added progesterone to the mix and so far, it seems to be doing more positive than negative.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005

Glad to hear it is travelling well for you. Believe me, there is a lot more to come!

I started taking spiro the day before my first injection.   I've read a little about progesterone, but I haven't talked to my doctor about it.  I'm anxious to get some blood work done. I have an appointment to get that done in a couple weeks.

Thank you Grace (:
I'm ready for the more.  I'm trying to appreciate the transition  period, but it's hard not to want to wrap myself up in a blanket cocoon and just peek out here and there until I'm done cooking :3 lol
So far my attempts to cocoon myself have failed /:   ...it's too hot right now to stay wrapped up like that!
