Jay, he mentioned getting surgery in London, so presumably he lives in the UK. Like the majority of the rest of the civilized world, the UK has universal health care, and (from what I understand) transitional surgeries and therapy are covered under most circumstances, provided all criteria have been met (been in therapy and on T for (x) number of months/years). If he didn't have a copay, he might not even know for sure if there was a charge.

But this surgeon does predominately private work so I'm assuming he has gone private
