I found that I can't.. I just can't lol but I think I get pretty close, and I look and feel smooth at the gym.
I'll have to find a link on you tube where I learned how to make my own "gaff". The same girl was pretty helpful with voice tips/suggestions. Anyhow, so I have my pantyhose elastic part from the top and a cut off end piece of a tube sock, the top part that goes up the leg, and you can turn it into a thong type of thingy. Now this is where ymmv, my downstairs neighbor isn't a big dude, and I've seen noticeable shrinkage of his two kids since hrt began.
How to do it? It shouldn't be too uncomfortable.. Once you get 'up' what you can, then tuck what you can back, and the gaff that you made will hold stuff up. And with a less stretchy undies, you can trust the support. I do have slippage here and there, but nothing a rr break can't fix c:
There are other gaffs and stuff you can buy, but a pair of pantyhose and a pack of tube socks is just within my price range
