Well congratulations, but now you really should be thinking about wearing a bra. I was advised that once you start to notice them its time to think about wearing a bra, preferably initially an underwire bra to give them some support. My therapist recommended strongly that I wear one 24x7 as a training bra for the first 18-24 months to ensure that the breast tissue developed a more rounded shape and not like a set of traffic cones, i.e. more of a tear-drop shape. Obviously you will need to take it off in the shower and bath, but I even wore one in bed and it really did work. These days I am a nice B cup and they are still growing although in spurts. But wearing a bra is essential when you get the extreme tenderness of the nipple and the constant itching and stabbing sensations in the areolae. I still get bouts even now after nearly 18 months back on HRT. In fact I am rapidly heading towards a very nice rounded C Cup.
