Anyway, this way is super easy and doesn't hurt. Get some panties (not a thong) that are small. Bikini cut are fine. Cotton is good, as well. Next, you grab a regular sized feminine pad (ie, Always ultra thin regular pads). Stick that in the underwear. Bring the thing down between your legs (hint, sit down or half sit, gravity helps. While doing this just pull your underwear tight and you can also use your hand under the underwear to push things up as well, and it should all go into place). The pad will make things smooth, keep things in better, and also absorb any sweat that could come from everything being squished together and hot, etc. It looks normal, even if you're just in your underwear. You get used to it really quickly.
I found tucking it between my legs really horrible......it used to make my thingy come out in a really bad rash. If I did what you say the pad would stick to it.....
No, actually, it takes away moisture and prevents rashes. I don't really need to use them anymore, but sometimes I do, especially when it's hot, because it sucks extra moisture away and no/little moisture prevents bacteria from growing.
My roommate thought this was a really fine idea and actually mentioned it to a couple of her male friends, since they were complaining of it getting hot down there and getting rashes, etc. I don't think took up the offer and probably thought she was crazy.
I'm not sure how the pad would stick to you, but it's just a suggestion -- no one actually has to do it. Also, non-scented is the way to go, because scented stuff can irritate you (gg's even).
I think this menthod is pretty good for ppl starting out on HRT. Because, really, some people don't wanna wait a year or more before things really get down. And for some people it takes a long time before things shrink down. It's also great if you wanna wear tighter pants, pants that are in fashion, and yoga pants.
I know a lot of TS that do not tuck, and I've seen plenty of TS girls with budges down there if they wear their pants wrong or if they are trying on the tighter jeans (which are a popular now). You can also find looser jeans that can hide things so you don't have to tuck. I run around the house in my underwear and it looks like that I don't have a thingy down there.
I just find it easier than using tape, putting on two pairs of underwear, wearing shape ware, or always having to put on panty hose (great for winter, kinda hot during the summer at times... plus, they get itchy when you sweat!)
I find that the two tumors down there don't get in the way (mine are super small), but I can see if they are big they could. Although, I'd think the padding would actually help.... since it does the trick, without making things feel super squished and the padding helps to keep things in place and not move. Also, the tumours can go inside of you. The pad would act like a pillow.
I have one friend that cannot tuck at all, because it hurts too much if she does.
But, yeah, that was just my suggestion for those who want/need to tuck for what ever reason. It's just another option along with the other options out there. It works for me when I do it, but others it might not. Others might like different methods or not to tuck at all. To each her own.
