So I started transition about a year ago. I started deepening my voice. I'm not on hormones yet, but it seems I'm growing an adam's apple.

Could this be from deepening my voice and the vocal cords thickening or what? Have any of you other guys had this happen pre-T from training yourself to talk lower?

I've always had a bit of an adams apple. But yeah... since i've started to try and deepen my voice, i have noticed it to be a little more prominent. Not much - barely noticeable - but noticeable to me.

This has happened simply by practicing?  Its actually possible?

I have a naturally very low voice so i have a huge Adam's apple.  I can even move it up and down without talking or swallowing lol apparently only bio-males can do that ;)

However, losing weight makes it more prominent. Could that be the case?
