Along with my GRS, I have just done BA surgery and was always aiming for something on the smaller side ie. a full B cup corresponding more or less to 250 cc implants.
Interestingly, during my pre-op appointment, the surgeon persuaded me to go for a larger size, 350cc, arguing that the final volume in situ would be reduced by a good third. I have a friend who was sold a similar story by another surgeon who told her that he had never seen anyone come back for a smaller size but in many cases had seen patients come back for larger.
In my own case, after I got back to my hotel, I thought about it a bit and finally decided to go back to my original option which translated into 260cc implants on the day, all the more so as at my age, 57, large perfectly rounded breasts would just look totally abnormal.
After less than a week, I know what I have is far from settled but I will personally be very happy to see the final volume a good third smaller than what I presently see. So yes, you can add me to the list of those who believe many trans women seem to overdo it a bit on the boobs... aided and abetted by the surgeons!
Hugs from Bangkok where it is very, very thundery with torrential rain most of the afternoon and evening.
