Some guys I know are into archery, and I had expressed interest in learning the sport. They invited me to come out sometime with them. This was before my top surgery, and I was too afraid that if I started hanging out with them that they would notice something not right with my chest. I still want to take them up on the offer. How long should I wait post op before attempting archery lessons? I was thinking sometime in January. That would put me at approximately 7 months post op. Is that  good idea, or should I wait longer?

2-4 months seems a little more likely. The only problem might be is that this is a sport that is likely to stretch your stitches out if you start it too soon.
