Okay, so I went out on Sunday in a skirt for the first time!  It was a denim mini and I wore a simple green top with it.  I also had another first.  I wore heels out for the first time as well!  They were a pair I bought just for the occasion, a 4-5 in wedge sandal with a 1 in platform.  It was so cute! and on sale!  :)

I loved it.  I didn't get misgendered once, even though I'm pre-hrt and fairly bulky.  I went on a boat tour and dinner/show combo with a friend of mine celebrating the birthdays of several of her family members.

I'm so excited I'm dancing in my chair while I write this!

*sings* I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it.  I'm about to lose control, and I think I like it!

You wore a 6" platform wedge on a boat. Impressive.

Congratulations!!!  I remember that feeling well... freedom and elation.  Like a bird caged all its life suddenly let free and unsure quite what to do.

Also, I would like to second the props on 6" heels in a boat when you're not used to wearing them in public!

Hehe congrats! I remember the prehrt days, I'd go out and have a great time. It was definitely nerve wrecking the first few times for me, so much anxiety but the more consistent I did it the more confidence I gained.

It was Awesome!  I had no problems on the boat (or on the ground for that matter), despite it being the first time I had worn any heel out and a heel that high.  Idk when I'm going to get to go out in a skirt again as I rely on my bike for transport.
