I still have a slight tummy to lose which, as long as this awful weather keeps up will be impossible due to my being stuck indoors getting little to no physical activity. Until I lose it I could benefit from one of those garments that hold your tummy in. I just don't know where to get one.

Bust: 99 cm (39 inches)
Underbust: 88 cm (34.6 inches)
Waist: 83 cm (32.7 inches)
Hips: 96 cm (37.8 inches)

So... Waist-to-hip ratio is about 0.86

Still need to lose a lot of weight, so I hope to change those numbers =P

^slight variation of measurements but definitely a trend :D At 180lbs I'm right where healthy body weight meets overweight.

Formula: waist/(hip+bust/2)

I'll do mine as an example

B39
W33
H39

First add your hip and bust together: 39+39=78
Divide that number by 2: 78/2 =39
Finally, divide you waist by this number: 33/39=0.8461538461538462 <Final Answer!

Ok then mine is 0.77 but I just started HRT for a week with no changes yet (only on E)

Chest: 37" (without a bra and chicken fillets)
Waist: 31"
Hips: 39"

Ratio: 0.82

Not surprising, I have a fairly rectangular shape.  I'm working out to lose more weight in the midsection and build a bit of muscle in the hips.  Wearing a bra and fillets brings the bust up to 40".  I also decided to measure my shoulders, which go to 42"!  However, they usually look like they're the same width as my hips in even my male clothes.

EDIT - measured myself again and got:

Chest: 36"
Waist: 30"
Hips: 38"

I also weigh 71kg (or 156lbs, or 11st 2lbs).  It seems to fluctuate between 69kg and 71kg.

Well my measurements really haven't changed even after 3 months of HRT but I have noticed that fat is filling in where I used to have muscle.

Bust was 34.5" flat pre hrt
now 34 under 34.5 over
Waist varies from 26" to 28" depending on food intake
Hips are 34.5

So I'm somewhere between a .754 and a .812

I am around 5'8" and weigh about 127lbs.

Emily you look amazing for just 1 week on HRT!

Johanna.
I am female.

My measurements are
106 cm / 41.7 in
96 cm / 37.8 in
102 cm / 40.2 in

That results in a 0.92 ratio.

Unfortunately I'm overweight but try to loose weight.

muiredachau

do you use the underbust or overbust to work out the ratio
  •

Nevara

My pre-HRT measurements about a month ago were:

Height: 5'10''
Weight: 150 lbs
Bust 35.5 inches
Waist 27.5 inches
Hip 36 inches

So 0.77 Waist to Bust-Hip Ratio. 0.76 Waist / Hip. Not a bad start but hopefully HRT does some magic.

Mine is too terrible to measure. In my early years I had a nice hour glass figure but not today. I need to exercise my mid section much more.

I was digging through my old posts and came across my old measurements at 5 months of hrt:

Bust 34
Waist 28
Hips 36

and now two and a half years later of hrt, from my first post in this thread.

Bust 37.5
Waist 28
Hip 39.5

My waist hasn't really changed, which is a good thing I guess. I should start doing situps. I wonder what measurements will be in 2 years, especially since I might be having surgery by then.

Hi hi! Thought I might join in on the fun here :3
I haven't done pre hrt measurements and my measurements are after 5 months hrt.

Chest: 83 cm
Waist: 68 cm
Hips: 90 cm
Ratio: 0.79

Height: 170 cm
Weight: 60 kg

Doesn't seem too bad until the 41 inch shoulders (around, not across) I have factor into this haha...
Boo~

12-5-2014 start of hrt.
