I think the best way to handle this is to do it with a man you trust and ask his honest opinion. Does it feel different? Would he know? Etc, thats what I am planning on doing.

My BF has been with me since before GRS so he was ready fir the experience. Yeah, though, I am tight. Still tight after 17 months post-op.

Isn't dilation basically sex?

Sex can substitute for dilation... but the dilation regimen is not the same as sex in terms of motion, or usually timing.

You do plan on telling him you're trans, right? I mean before marriage, not on the first date. Set the proper expectations and you'll be fine. Marriage is about trust.

A lot of cis girls don't bleed the first time they have sex so I wouldn't worry about that.
