I used to believe it was more related to dealing with a lot of anxiety, but it seems like it was not that.
When I was on oral estradiol (progynova and later meriestra), I would get an acute stomachache on the mornings while having breakfast. Sometimes it was hard enough to bring me down to the floor and have me curl into a ball for around one or two minutes, while hitting the wood with my fist. All of that went away on estradiol depot injections, although my endo said it was my imagination and it could be practically anything else.
Well, 10 days ago I went back to pills in preparation for going off E before surgery. And guess what came back. Not as painful as before, but the same old familiar pain. Fun thing, it happens before taking them, with the first bites of breakfast. I usually wait for taking them until there is something in my stomach, in case they could be a bit abrasive (used from other drugs).
Has anybody experienced something similar? I started thinking it was just my imagination, but now it feels like there is a pattern.
