T for 4 years? Would generally take 1-2 years for some facial hair growth for FTMs but if you don't have any at this point, you are VERY unlikely to get any.
I've heard a few guys say it took longer than 2 years to get any appreciable beard going. And if his T levels are way off, that could delay things. The "dose" he mentioned was in liquid measure rather than milligrams, and depending on the mg per ml of the T he's getting, that complicates things more. If he isn't getting this stuff from a doctor there's no telling how much T he is actually getting. Unfortunately he may be getting ripped off by whoever is selling it to him.
HAMZA, sorry to hear that you cannot go to a doctor. Is there any way you could get to a safer country?
If nothing else, I can ask you some questions. Some of these will be personal questions. If you don't want to answer a question, you do not have to.
Not everyone experiences all changes, but after 4 years, unless your dose were too low or your body could not process T correctly, you should have some of these.
Has your voice changed?
Has your body changed where it stores fat? This one might be harder to tell if you don't have much body fat anyway. But, on T for 4 years, if your T levels are close to right, you should mostly be getting body fat on the abdomen rather than the hips.
Have you noticed being more muscular or stronger since starting T?
Do you experience more acne/skin blemishes/pimples since starting T?
Has your skin texture changed at all, become less "soft" or more "oily" feeling?
Have you had hair growth elsewhere, more body hair? Or coarser body hair? Thicker or coarser eyebrows?
Has the hair on your head changed at all? Hairline changed? Hair "thinned out" or some fallen out?
Have you experienced any genital changes or growth? The clitoris usually, but does not always, grow when a trans man takes T.
Do you still menstruate? After 4 years of adequate T levels menstruation should have stopped.
