Greetings yet again, Susanites!  I hope all my friends here from my previous visit are doing well.

Yes, I'm back!  Don't stop the presses on my account, you know!   ;)
I know I never had to leave, but I chose to for reasons I will touch on briefly.  Basically, "it's not you, it's me!" holds true here.

I basically just needed to take a step back and gather my composure, so I deleted my old account and took some time to reflect on everything.  My previous experience here was educational and overall pleasant, and helped me realize I didn't "know" as much as I thought I did.  I want to thank everyone who helped teach me some of the more intricate details about the whole (MTF) process.  YOU ARE appreciated...and YOU know who YOU are!

Now that I cleared up some "finer details" in my personal life, I feel as if I am prepared to mingle again.  5 months into HRT has really seemed to have calmed me down a bit hahaha.  I have been getting all my treatments through the VA, and am pleasantly suprised with the speed they got to me in terms of treatment.

I have always been the "reserved" type...it is too easy to come across as "social" for a writer like me online, where I can operate from behind a keyboard...so I plan on keeping interaction to a minimum.  I'm not going to be active as much as I was some time ago, but instead will be running my own blog primarily off-site.  I love to write, and blogging has really given me a focus so I am not bouncing about rambling on and on in other people's threads.  I am not very "conventional" (as my very first post here some time back proved to me because it generated some heat lol) so I will leave it off-site as to not be an antagonist here.  I'll take my villainy elsewhere.   >:-)

I have published another book or two since I took a vacation from Internet-Land, which is a good sign for me.  The more I publish/the more I have to publish, the overall better mood I am in.

Well, that's that.  It's a pleasure to be back and thank you again for having me here once more.  I'm going to make my rounds before I put up the links to my blog...which will also include some of the poems I used to include in my Poetry Corner...by the end of this week, if not sooner.

Take care!

Ev,
Welcome back to Susan's place although I'm pretty new here. I look forward to seeing you here on the forums as you know, there are some fantastic people here that have a great deal of information to be shared, everything is at your fingertips, so pull up a chair and let your fingers do the walking. I wish you nothing but the best of luck on your journey, sweetie. May the angels always be looking upon you and help guide you on your path.

Hugs,

Melissa Ann

Yeah, I've notice that writers are way more talkitive in email or online in general. I worked with someone who would always write 2 page emails. (kind of painful to read sometimes) They were quite reserved as well.

Any-who, welcome back!

Hi Ev,

Welcome to our little family. Over 14600 members. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another member.

Thank you.

The page is my country, and all these little words are my own private army.  Sometimes I like to bring my military out on public parade to show off the guns, just in case any of the smaller armies think I have gone soft!   ;)

And as far as being reserved...well, that is just how I gather intel so I know when and where to deploy my massive forces!  One day, writers will rule the world...and the inventors of the internet will be the ones to blame!   >:-)
