Well I'm not looking at srs for a long time now. Maybe not until I'm 27. So I have alot of time to loose weight.
I'd start now. Weight is easy to gain, but hard to lose. I cut my self down to a 900 calorie diet, and lost 80lbs so far this year. I tried for years to exercise and just cut down on fatty foods and I only gained weight. I can't stand the taste of diet soda, but, I have found coke zero to be up to my standards for taste and it is what it is... zero everything.
To lose weight, it takes determination. I started with a nutritious, she told me what I can and cannot eat.. no red meat (yay for the cows), no fast food, nothing fatty or fried, not a lot of seasonings, eat a LOT of green, do NOT eat corn (has no nutritional value AND it is hard on your system to digest), stay away from regular soda. Was told to eat lot of pork, chicken, turkey with little seasonings, and small portions, stay away from eating too much fruit. I also eat salad with low fat/calorie dressing. I drink carnations instant breakfast mixed with skim or 1% milk for breakfast, an activia yogurt and fiber one brownie for lunch, and small something for dinner within my guide lines above. No more late night snacks. Don't eat after 6pm. Also, celery is a wonderful snack, it's hard to digest so your system BURNS calories just digesting it and it's green

^^ Basically, have to eat like a woman

Since starting the strict diet, I lose close to 4lbs a week sometimes more. I see my doctor once a month about my diet to ensure I am OK and not, not getting enough nutrition. But he knows I am on a strict 900 calorie diet. Before doing this, _ANYTHING_ i did... did not work. I just gained.
But not everything works for everyone. I just found this to be most effective. I will be in my target weight of 140lbs before too long xD
