I totally hate how my ribcage looks like... when I was in my teens I'd just hit them against the wall they almost broke.

And recently I've been feeling dysphoric as damn again, I'd like to hope that there's something else for me (like FFS) for when I finish college.

My waistline is from 63 to 65cm, I can't stop measuring it, I'm just getting crazy. My butt is just 93cm, I look like a table, it doesn't show a curvy shape, and the ribcage just makes it more complicated, it's boxy.

I hope FFS really changes my face because I'm gonna get mad otherwise.

BTW I'm reading, it says something about breaking the lower ribs, that's something at least...

Corset training will push your ribs in. You have to be committed though.

Sizes don't say all that much, I would rather judge from seeing a picture.

Not liking your ribcage has nothing to do with gender dysphoria but with only with insecurity. Sure the male anatomie overall is broader than a female but no one looks extremely masculine and buff without first exercising a lot to accomplish that.

Stop measuring yourself and dress/look as how you want to look, and see what suits you best. You will do fine when you focus on what looks good on you, instead of what would be the worst idea.
:D Want to see me ramble, talk about experiences or explaining about gender dysphoria? :D

I have a bigger ribcage than most of the National Football League, and there's nothing I can do about that.  I just have to accept that along with everything else that I can't change about myself, and do the best I can with what I have to work with.  (I just wear a lot of black.)  The fact is that I get read as cis female the vast majority of the time regardless of my size.

Yes, try corset training. Getting your ribs cracked or removed can be a very risky procedure. I only know of two surgeons that do this type of surgery. I also recommend wearing clothing that give the illusion of bigger hips which will contrast the size of your rib cage.
