We have a similar body shape. Do you know if you have a 47, XXY karyotype?

I have no idea what that means!

Hi everyone, after my attack a few months ago by that group of males. I decide not to post pictures anymore. However today I weighted myself and in the last 8 months I have dropped 28kg (61.7lbs) with another 17kg (37lbs) to go. I am very bulky in size still due to depression and living on junk food, so I still retain a VERY ugly guy body with tons of fat and muscle everywhere. Although I figure if I can just keep dropping weight slowly with not eating junk food I will get there in another 4-5 months.

  • I am now in my mid thirties
  • Pre everything
  • 93.4kg (205 lbs)
  • I can not do eyebrows or anything yet as I work everyday in a male role

First what I looked like 6 months ago -this picture makes my heart stop and causes huge pain-, but I want to be realistic here, so here is 6 months ago.

This is 28kg (61.7lbs) later in guy mode today, which is 99.99999% of the day as I work with violent males as a therapist right now so it could be dangerous!

So be very honest and give advice.

I don't even see any resemblances between the man in the first pics and the beautiful woman in latter ones :)
You look wonderful and definitely pass if you ask me! :)

:P It means your chromosomes aren't 100% male (XY) or female (XX) resulting in feminine body shape, androgen insensitivity, gynecomastia (breast tissue swelling due to hormonal imbalance), and other things. There's no connection between that and gender identity since most XXY people aren't trans, but I think it's indicative of something. The extreme case is called Klinefelter's Syndrome. Mild case is called "mosaic".

Here's me: WUTWUT Sorry if it's dark. I only took it to show the hips.

Hi Sarah Leah,

I agree with JohannaSwe comments, certainly amazing looks across photos after first two.... really pretty  :-*

So sad to hear about your past experiences... its a tough bigoted world for us... but things are changing, slowly in some places. Please take care...

FWIW I started shaping eyebrows a long, long time ago, mildly at first but gradually more aggressively, maybe a little to agressive right now... but I have never detected gazing or comments... however I have worked in predominantly male IT space, probably not as bad as Labouring etc...

I have also been on HRT for somewhere between 10 to 12 years... always hiding my changes, tight tee-shirts under not too tight, but shaped shirts...

Change for me has been very slow and long as I did not start HRT till very late forties.
But, this time (tried dozens of times before) I intend to fulfil my intended gender, my emotions and heart are driving too hard this time.

Stay strong and follow your heart  :-*

You guys were talking about body shape so here you go. This picture is from about a year before I started HRT so no boobies and I wasn't wearing a bra to fake them in this one.

Haha, of course my shape hasn't changed much since then even with the addition of super tiny boobies.

wow you you have a very feminine body shape. im jealous!!!

Also you are thin enough to try to gain weight to experiment and see if you like where the fat distributes. that way you could go from super tiny boobies to... well... tiny boobies!!! :P

Edit: i would also like to add that I am jealous one more time

Thank you guys, I appreciate the kind comments. I will keep pushing to lose more weight and fingers crossed get on HRT in the next 6 months. That first picture still makes me violently ill when I see it, even the second one which is what I look like currently without makeup makes me cringe. I am just hoping that weight loss will help me look more feminine before starting HRT.

Maybe your figure is a bit straightish but your head doesn't ring any kind of alarm bells to me. Your shoulders don't seem too wide either at least.

Cole 1994

Hello everyone, I am kind of new here, but I have been lurking for a bit. I am starting my transition pretty shortly, and I have been playing with make up a bit. I know my body probably doesn't pass as of yet, but could anyone tell me how my face passes? Also I know my adams apple is huge so thats an issue and I could fix up my eye brows, but other than that I don't really know. If anyone could give me some advice if they see any blaring issues. Thanks!!

I hope what you're planning to do to your eyebrows is to even up thr symmetry.

you look ok. what Adams apple! can't see it.

on the other hand avoid polka dots. they're a difficult style to carry off

Sorry, my right eye brow is a little arched, they are actually pretty symmetrical! I just want to make them more arched because as you can see on my left eye brow they aren't very.. :P

Hello everyone, I am kind of new here...

I think you look very good, Cole. I love your eye makeup. You're hair is cute, too. Personally, I don't worry so much about Adam's apples, although there are things you can do (besides surgery). Slow moving neck exercises and holding the neck straight and up can minimize it a lot, as can careful makeup. Other than that, there are the same tricks many women use who have neck issues. Wear hair such as to hide the neck from the side, wear high necked garments, and/or wear overall looks that draw attention away from the neck.

Hi Cole, welcome  :)

Looking at the picture you have posted looks good, can't see any hard lines on your face. I agree with Hanazono on eyebrows, would look really nice and feminine with some shape...

Did not notice the Adams Apple from the front.

I agree with Lyric, defocus attention from the neck... I certainly try too, and your hair looks nice... naturally wavy (wish I had my own hair  :'( )

I don't know if I'm just really insecure or what but I feel like my jawline is really male. And I don't feel like I always pass just cause of my facial structure and body. Ugh. Sucks to feel like you're being upstaged by your Golden retriever in your pictures.

I don't think she is transgender? If she is, well, good for her o.o. But I just doubt it =/.

I do not think your jawline is male. If you indeed think so and your face is aging, then you may try Botox for your jawline.
