Dr Zukowski also has had complications.
I am one.
When I had my FFS with him in Feb 2004, he breached my sinus cavity and later filler was introduced.
Despite attempts by him to reburr (in 2010, 2012 & 2013) the obvious bony deformity that I had over the left sinus, it regrew and eventually I had to have a major three hour revision done in October this year by the UK's NHS in London. The surgeon involved is one of the world's top craniofacial surgeons.
The surgeon also found bone paste mixed up with the soft tissue and when the forehead was opened up, a lump of material dropped out on to the operating table.
Having said that I have friends who have had FFS with Dr Z and they look great with no complications.
I am just one of the unlucky ones and it can happen with any surgeon however good they are.
Obviously I was not suitable for burring and my UK surgeon prefers the resetting method of FFS as Dr Suporn practices in Thailand. He is not keen on reconstruction because of possible complications with plates & screws etc.
Any form of surgery is risky.
Would I recommend anybody to Dr Z ... Yes is my answer.
PS. I have never had sinus infections or a runny nose so that is good.

if you go to Zukowski's website and look at his inter-operative gallery, he has some examples of different complications with open forehead contouring.
granted he is showing probably worse case scenarios to convince you to purchase his endoscopic method rather than going to another surgeon. But i suppose these are still real examples of what "COULD" happen. I'm not sure how likely it does occur.
