I just started on spiro and estrodiol 5 days ago and was wondering if any one could answer a question for me. My body has always replaced cells very quickly, as in i heal about 40% to 50% faster than most of my friends. Does anyone know if this will speed up the physical changes for the hormones for me?

I'm not sure if how quickly your body heals has much to do with how well your body will react to a new set of hormones. The only way to really know is by giving it time & always keep in mind that YMMV (Your milage may vary).

Hey Luci

Welcome to Susan's  :)  Great to have you here - looking forward to seeing you around the forum.

Don't think that healing is in the same league as puberty, which is exactly what you will be going through on hormones. It will take a while before you notice any real changes - give it a month or two, OK? You may notice nipple tenderness in a week or two, that is a good sign, but the breasts will take a bit longer...these things don't happen overnight! :)
