Legal for therapist to call the cops?

yep. In Colorado before the shooting, the shooter's psych told the cops about threats and other stuff. They ignored it but it was there, so they are legally required.

Thanks but I know that therapy isn't for me. I understand that most people benefit from it but it's not for me.
Tegan, I didn't tell the therapist "I am going to kill myself" I just said that I am not going to promise him because I was being honest. I was in shock when I saw the cops because I always had this hopeless attitude towards my suffering body with other psych docs in the past.

I really am not looking for hope so it's ok to lock the topic since my original question has been answered.
