Tegan,

Thank you so much! My mom offered to get me new frames and I'm seriously considering it!

Flattered,
Zeah

Sincerely Tegan

I love your name! Zeah.

It's so unique, my autocorrect is questioning my spelling of it.

Hi Carmen,

You are beautiful and have amazing skin. You do not need FFS. However, some of the most beautiful women in the world have had cosmetic surgery. Is there a feature on yourself that concerns you?

Kind Regards, Dani

I don't think you need FFS either, you have perfect feminine harmony and balance in your facial structure.  You're beautiful, Carmen :)

So, I'm four months in on HRT, waiting for my hair to grow out. Do you think I'll lose that masculine look to my face? Do you think I'm a good candidate for FFS or do you think I'll be fine on HRT?

I think you look good, your face doesn't look that masculine, its all about eyebrows, killing your beard and voice. My real life experiences of screw waiting for my hair to grow have shown me that you don't have to actually have to have long hair to pass for female. I've been going full time for the past month with short hair and have not even once been miss gendered.

Kira, I don't think you need FFS. How long have you been on HRT?

Thank you  :)
According to my "ticker" it's been over 10 months now, which amazes me to think I'll be at 1 year in only 2 months !! It felt like an eternity, but the time does fly by !!

I've had an FFS consultation, and the surgeon was fairly conservative actually, I'm just looking to get my brow, nose, and chin softened, and possibly cheek implants to round out my face. I think my main motivation for FFS is just confirmation for my own purpose, I've always had horrible self-esteem issues. I'm hoping to get a confidence boost more than anything. ~Kira :)

Bird Goddess

Hey everyone,

I thought I might as well introduce myself physically when I stumbled upon this thread by chance :). I am pre-everything and 21 years old.

I made this picture in Ireland a few months ago when I was on a trip to Glendalough (the Irish landscape is beautiful and the people are friendly/outgoing, so I would recommend anyone to visit Ireland!). It is probably the only boy- /sheep-mode picture in which I am somewhat okay with myself (and my hair).

Sorry for this being a dreaded mirror picture, but I could not find another way to photograph myself properly. My hair is shorter, because I was nearly bald this summer - WORST MISTAKE EVER. I used mascara and a little bit of eyeshadow. My hand seems ridiculously large, but in reality it is small and boney. I am tall (6 feet 2 inches), but my legs are pretty long and some women in my family are as long as me. I weigh about 140 lbs, which is okay with me personally since being a lightweight is a family trait and I run long distances (I virtually don't have any fat or and I have a slender non-muscly build).

I really have no idea if I will ever pass after HRT or eventual surgery. Sometimes I think "yeah this might work if given time" and an hour later I am hiding myself from the world under a blanket. According to my therapist I do have a somewhat neutral face, but I just can't judge my own face.

you do have a very neutral face, the only thing that is man-ish is your nose. Hrt can cause changes in the nose though because a lot of the nose is fat. You also shaping eyebrow has a real feminizing effect as well.

being 6'2 140 means that you can experiment with weight gain after hrt to see if you like were the fat goes.

Definitely not need FFS. Save the money for something else instead. You are looking great and in time will look amazing.
Nobody's perfect ...   I'll never try,
But I promise I'm worth it, if you just open up your eyes,
I don't need a second chance, I need a friend,
Someone who's gonna stand by me right there till the end,
If you want the best of my heart, you've just gotta see the good in me.

This is me at work, do I look male or female?

Hi Boat Girl! You have have wonderful tooth show with your lovely lip shape. Perfect lips. You chin and Jawline are feminine and will improve even more with HRT, if that is what you want. Your Hairline shows some recession but that can be addressed.  But you need to get on that right now. To stop that recession in its tracks, and perhaps recover some hair, I would investigate Finasteride (ASAP) if you have time. (my insurance covers it. I do not know about yours. But i think it is critical at your age.) You do not need to go through a battery of psychologists to get that RX, just make an appointment and ask for it. A dermatologist or even an internist can write that RX. Also, your upturned nose is very feminine. Kind Regards, Dani
