I've said a while back that I'm not sure if I want to take estrogen, but I would like to have less testosterone, I can't get blockers right now and so I was wondering if maybe I could lower it a little bit by eating a little bit differently, I know it won't get rid of as much as blockers would, but if I can get it a little bit lower now I'd like to, does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this?
One obvious way would probably be to eat less meat, but does anyone have any other ideas?
I do want to get blockers, I just don't know when I can.
