What helps you keep stable in day to day life? Or what is something that rejuvenates you after a tough day.

For me personally it is a number of things, for instance binge reading a book it one of my favorite things to do, I just walk around with my earbuds in at school until it's someone I want to talk to or its a class I need to pay attention in to get an A or B. Playing games with my friends in great too for me.

Chocolate. Good nice mint hot chocholate. Dark chocolate not much sugar.

Jigsaw puzzles, I will sit down for an hour or so and work at one to unwind and try not to stay up too late. Have a Game of Thrones one planning on turning my house into Dragonstone and the Painted Table

Right now it's my dog, up until last week I had two but had to put my older one down do to cancer, very hard thing to do I cried for several days. Now my only dog kinda needs me too since he's never been alone.  I like to exercise listening to one of my favorite pandora stations. Music defiantly helps!!!!'nm

My kids, my progress on HRT, my hobbies, the fact that I'm fortunate not to live in poverty and have "first world problems." When I need to de-stress I take to my ham radio set and pound out some morse code, or I head to the range and throw some hot lead downrange. Or I might girl it up, do my nails, try on various clothing (dresses, outfits etc). Yes I still enjoy dressing up, it's not just to alleviate dysphoria. It's kinda fun actually. During the day I may engage in some retail therapy, maybe at a mall or down to Macy's, Kohl's or Burlington. I might hang out in the "gay" part of town (Chelsea/village) and just be myself.
