Keep looking for a job...it will feel much better to you when you finally do get a job and are able to pay your own way. Kindness from the general public is great, and very helpful for those who need it...but, the satisfaction of working your way toward your own financial goals feels a hell of a lot better. People may be more inclined to donate to your goals if YOU are ALSO working toward them in some way. Two rejections in 7 weeks is disappointing, sure, but giving up is not going to increase your chances of getting a job. Try another type of work, perhaps? When you reach 30 rejections in a month, then you are really trying... Hang in there, it will come.
