Feel like I should be passing even with the short hair, but still seeing a lot of my old self in these pictures. Is there anything that suggests male in these?

It's odd, I'd say the first pic is a definite pass while the second is a bit ambiguous.

I just took these a few minutes ago. This is what I look like at work (minus the uniform). Can't wear a lot of make-up (I usually only do mascara) and can only wear simple stud earrings (probably can't see them very well :P).

How do I do? ^_^

<3

Wow so envious of your natural feminine looks.... Stunning

I'll add a couple more photos, these are all pre-hrt (which I'm hoping to start by end of Feb). I've had 1 lesson from a makeup artist, and think I do pretty good in that regard. I've got 2 more makeup artists that want to use my face as a canvas. The benefit of having a cousin in the beauty industry. :)

Holy moly, Kate!

I think you may be lost; this thread is for transgender girls.  :P

Really, though, you look amazing. Just amazing.

As far as hair goes, you have enough there to be able to step into a salon and ask them what they think. That's what I would do. Put yourself in the hands of a professional, and trust them.

Really, you look super good.  :)

Sorry I could not be of more help, suggestion-wise.

Gosh, you look good.  ;D

Cheers,
Teg

Thank you so much for the compliments everyone - it does help boost my confidence.

I've been researching something to do with my hair and trying to figure out makeup, but it's been really difficult knowing whose advice to follow and what is applicable to my situation.

Clothes... that's a whole other problem.  But I don't mind thrift shopping until I figure out a flattering style.

Ill no longer be defined by my condition. From now on, I'm just, Kate.

Haven't done any HRT or anything, sort of just wondering what anyone's opinion on whether I have a masculine or feminine face. Im going to start straightening my hair when I get my own place, but for now Im just wondering whether HRT could turn in into something passable...I didnt shave x.x Hopefully it's okay to post this here even though Im not in transition yet ^^

My days end as I'm trying to find where to vent my irritation
The sky is gray, I can't see anything beyond
People who act like they have common sense are laughing; what kind of  lie will they tell next?
How can they treasure what they obtain with those lies?
But we've got to move ahead, toward tomorrow
So I'm going to sing like this

.

Hi Rosalie,

I think you have a great foundation. You have beautiful skin. Big eyes. Thick, healthy hair, that will only get thicker and shinier with HRT. Your chin is a nice shape and your nose has a slight upturn (and i think it will thin slightly from the HRT.) You have some brow bossing but from this angle it does not look too extreme and that too will reduce with HRT. There is muscle there that will diminish. Your plump cheeks and lips will only get better. Your eyebrows are AHHH-MAZ--INNG. The rest of your face will arrange itself. You facial hair is not thick and it will probably thin even more with HRT. Even with your darker skin, your hair is so dark you might be able to use laser to eliminate any that remains from HRT. You could start laser today. I did all my laser pre-hrt. you are so young, I think how much HRT will help will surprise you.

Kind Regards, Danielle

(FYI... you do not NEED to straighten your hair. But, I understand the impulse as I wish mine was my wavy (and a different color!)
