Hey, so I've been on T for about 10 months at this point...it's going awesome, even more so because I recently discovered that I grew an inch.
I know this is not supposed to happen, the doc even told me that since I was starting T after my long bones (leg and arm bones) had stopped growing I wouldn't gain any height.
But I swear, I used to be 5'7.5", that was the measurement I got on multiple occasions, and now I'm 5'8.5".  I double and triple checked.
I told my doc and he said he never heard of that before.
So...just wondering has this ever happened to anyone else?

Better posture perhaps? Often happens when you feel good about yourself.

Bart Simpson: (BONES CRACKING) I didn't know my chin went that far up.
Lisa Simpson:(BONES CRACKING) Oh, yeah, that's the pride.

Lol. I suppose it's certainly possible. How old are you? if you are younger than the T might have triggered the part in your body that causes growth. Never Know.

Ha, maybe that's it!  I started when I was 23 so I should be past the point of growing taller.  Thanks for the input guys!

I grew an inch when I was in college, age 19-23, with only the hormones my body was manufacturing...so it may not even be an effect of the T.  I agree with the posture theory, though.  Had chest surgery and started T in my early 40's and now seem to measure another half inch taller.  I know it is because I am walkin' proud!

I grew a fair bit and k started late 20's, by a fair bit I mean well over 5cm. Most of the guys here won't believe you though because it didn't happen for them and its not very common :)

According to home measuring I have most likely grown ~1cm taller. The last time I was measured was in 2009 by the school nurse and the result was 163,2cm and now it seems like I'm around 164cm. I'd like to get a proper measuring done so I could have some certainty in this matter.
