$23,500 was the quote I got. That does not count hotels (14 days), travel, etc.

21k out of pocket will go far but still won't cover all of the expected costs.

I think the 23500 +/- figure was removed cause they go on a case by case basis with each patient... but since she's up to a 16 month waiting list, that should be enough time to make up the remaining balance or even get an insurance plan to cover some or all of it by the time it happens. I figured I'd need about 2-3 thousand extra to cover the travel and living costs over the insurance coverage for my trip.
