Here goes! First image is pre-everything, second is a few hours ago at 4 months HRT and about 40lbs lighter (And 2 laser sessions in). Hoping Dr. Cardenas can do something about the chin/nose issue.

Really, really amazing!

You have a better forehead and hair line than me(mine has receded more so will require hair transplants).  My forehead is also bigger to will need work there LOL.  Im sooooo jealous!

I hope I can at some point look as good as you.

Incidently, if it is not too personal, how old are you and have your colleagues noticed?

In regards to the chin and nose I think it looks good though you need to show other profiles to see properly - tey say male facial characteristics are pronounced on the side profile.  You do have a boyish appearance but your skin has dramatically improved and like others said you look like 10 years younger now.

Anyway from what I can see you look fabulous!

:D

Sorry to keep pestering everyone here.
I apologize that my words were incite-full, i did not mean to cause a problem with other users here.
I was only expressing my own views on myself and my experience with Gender Dysphoria.
I wish to put all that behind me and ask a simple question: could I hope to pass as female? I often feel embarrassed and unattractive in my appearance. Such is one reason why i am not comfortable right now wearing womens clothing, even in privacy.
Here are some recent photos of me to help your judgement:

to give you an idea of me, I am 19 years old, am between 5'9" and 5'10", and at about 130-ish lbs.
thank you very much and God Bless,

Amber: Only 6 weeks in? Jeebus, girl...you can already tell something is going on, and that's without a before pic!

Joanne: Started hormones at 29 (I'm 30 now). People were asking questions around week 7-8. So far, no one has called me out overtly, but when women are asking "the guy" about skin care, you know the meds are working their magic!

Thanks...but, nobody ever hits on me, or flirts or anything.  I'm in a realtionship right now with someone I don't like.  Perhaps I dress too weirdly usually?  I don't know.  I just feel like if I passed and if I was actually pretty, I might have the option of being in a relationship with someone I actually like.
My gender problem isn't half as bad as society's.  Although mine is still pretty bad.

Sincerely Tegan

Was really feeling the GD today, so to fight it I came home and got dressed up.

How am I doing? Do we have a girl?

The final one is sans make up from a few days ago, FYI.

have a few pre HRT pictures

Here's me about two weeks ago at week 10.  Guy mode.

And here's me a couple of days ago at month 3.  First time dressed, no wig or makeup either.

I can see some subtle changes, but I know I still have a long way to go before I can think about passing.
Someday, the dream will end

Hi Tegan,

I think you look great.  I think the only one that isnt quite there is the first photo.  Perhaps it is the profile and your cheek bones or even a bad shadow cast from the light.

The rest are very feminine and a very great looking face/body.  Im a bit jealous actually.  ::)

I think you have great, strong features that make you beautiful and I am sure you will get even more so as you progress.

;)

You were so full of muscles.  Did you have to try to diet to get rid of that or did they just disappear after you were on hormones?

Im surprised you can even 'pass' as male anymore.

Hi Mortified Penguin,

I think you have such good potential to be a beautiful woman.  You should, if you really desire this, seize the moment and pluck up the courage to see your GP or Endo.

I just finished writing a letter to my psychiatrist explaining why I want to transition into a female.  In that brief history I explained one of my biggest regrets is not having done this at YOUR age.

Life has a funny habit of getting in the way of your goals and desires if you let it.  Don't find yourself in my shoes, in your late 30s, sad and miserable, full of regret and with rafters of responsibilities.  Do it, if this is what is calling out to you.

Believe me,  if you have this strong desire, like I do, it never goes away.  It is always eating away at your brain.

Anyway, I don't want to egg you on to do something your not ready to do, just if you are 100% sure be sure your don't let life run past you as before you know it your my age etc...

Best of luck you good looking girl

:)

I haven't started HRT yet but have been taking some natural supplements for a couple weeks.
I am scheduled to start counseling this weekend.

So here are a couple shots from the last few weeks

For reference I am 6'2" and 220 lbs so I am a pretty big lady  :o

Why, thank you!

Yes, I did diet a little for about four months before HRT.  Beyond that, the hormones have caused muscle atrophy too.  I'm roughly half as strong as I was and the mass is much less as well.  I was about 5'7 165 and now am down to 142.  Height has actually decreased a small amount as well.

You definitely have all the tools there to become a very beautiful woman.  If you're only 19 and you know this is what you want, then go for it.  Please don't let fear hold you back!  I've heard it countless times how people only regret not doing it sooner.  You still have a long time to go before you'd have to worry about diminishing results. I've seen people that have transitioned in their teens all the way up to people in their fifties or sixties and achieve amazing results.  The most important thing is, the earlier you start, the longer you get to live as yourself.  That's priceless  :D
HRT will be very good to you, girl.

Yes, I did.  Im not sure how much, but my shoes slide all over on me now, no matter how tightly I tie them.  I'll likely have to get a new pair in the very near future.
