Most important item on that list is "have a vagina". After all, the lack thereof is what initially sets us all apart from ciswomen. And not every transwoman transitions (try saying that five times fast!).

Bow to your every whim
Put out constantly
Act girly
Change themselves to fit your twisted views

Yes, it is only necessary if you have a uterus, want to have penetrative sex, or want to have babies.

My facial hair grows so slow, and now blond, not white but I only have to shave about every third day.  Fourth, if I really push it.
