My advice... Let your body hair (as much as you have it) grow long, or do anything else that will possibly help you with not looking in the mirror and searching for changes and going crazy because of it. It literally takes time, and nothing will drastically change before enough months passes. In the meantime, focus on things that you can do to make you feel better, and work on doing stuff that will help you with easier transition steps. Waiting, measuring, worrying and obsessing will not make you feel any better. Doing what you like to do, and working on/for transition steps (whatever that might be) will.
