That's the whole intent! I found that finding a few good positive affirmations each day, and meditating on them during the day, helps keep me focused positively, and looking forward, not backwards. I've had an easier transition than some, with a very supportive employer, so I am lucky in that regard. I've had personal losses, especially of family, but they made those choices, not me. I'm glad that these can help others keep a positive outlook.
