Facial Team costs?

So I was wondering if anyone who has had ffs with facial team has an estimated or rough idea of the cost associated with their procedures.  I was looking at some of the other surgeons and facial team is most likely the one I am going to go with, although I don't plan on doing it until about 2 years after HRT.

I couldn't really find anything on their pricing but I was planning on getting:

Trachea shave
Forehead bossing
Chin and jaw reduction
Rhinoplasty

Along with that, how much did you spend on staying in Spain?  I'm estimating that with flight costs for my sister and I, it would be about $3700 along with hotel, meals, etc, probably about $8000.  How many days did you have to stay in a hotel after surgery before you had to leave, etc?

Thanks!

Including hospital fees, pre-op tests, pre&post ct scans.... that would be around 22-23.000 eur, which is at the moment $24-25.000. If you would to add hairtransplant option (which is recommended with coronal incision approach), that would be about additional $7000.

Staying in Marbella is expensive. They ask for you to stay around 9-10 days after surgery. You can get much cheaper flight tickets if you buy smart. Like $1500 for both, and cheaper.

You don't need to wait two years after HRT for FFS... bone doesn't change. Sooner you do it, sooner you have the benefits of it...

Thank you for the quick reply!

I was wondering what the hair transplant option was exactly.  Is it actually a full transplant or are they just doing the transplant to cover the scar of the coronal incision?  Also, a rough estimate for the procedures should be about $31,000 to $35,000 along with staying in Marbella, along with round trip tickets and all that, I should be looking at about $45,000 or so?

The only reason I was planning on getting it done in about 2 years was so that I would have that amount saved up by then and also would need that time to quit my current job as there is no way I would come out at work.

Thanks again.

You're welcome :)

With coronal incision they cut away a strip of scalp skin, and they use all available follicles from that for hair transplant. How much is dependent on your hair density.. but its often enough to fill the corners (corners doesn't have to be neccessarily thick) and maybe use what is left for elsewhere.
If you need any hairline lowering in the front, this doesn't do it. Frontal hairline needs to be thick, and this means LOT of hairtransplant to achieve the natural looking density. I have seen enough poor attempts to achieve hairline lowering with hairtransplant, to be suspicious about results. It's also important to keep in mind that coronal incision approach removes hairline back for another 2-4 mm.

I think your price estimate might be a little exaggerated... Marbella is expensive but it's not Aspen...
And NOONE knows where the eur-usd rate will be in one year, let alone two years, which can make a lot of difference.

$31,000 would be about right for medical costs (if you would include hairtransplant) +
$2,000 for two round trip flight tickets (+ or - depends on you) +
$2,000 for stay, food, taxi, etc (or more, depending on your preferences)
You would be looking at around $35,000 by eur-usd rate as it is today.

Thank you again!  I guess I would need to get the transplant option, although I'm not sure if I'll eventually need a hair transplant as I still have a lot of hair, not like tons but enough.  Also, I doubt I'll do the hairline lowering as some of the results look bleh....

Lol, Thank goodness it's not as expensive as the Aspen, but I was just making sure that I would have enough when I actually get the surgery as it's always better to be well prepared.  Yeah and totally understand that the euro can change a lot in 2 years.

$35,000 is very doable, thank you so much for the detailed answer!
