does anyone know how effective this cream is in relieving pain

I just received an email from the electrolygist  that's going to do my genital electrolysis . what she uses is 20% lidocaine and 20% prilocane in a plastered cream for the relief of pain.
If anyone is familiar with this would it be adequate.

That's going to be pretty effective. The one I use for face laser is 6% lidocaine and 20% benzocaine with some tetracaine thrown in. It reduced the pain quite a lot. I can only imagine what 20% lidocaine will do.
