The one thing you said that would make me wait is that you're still sore. I'm almost 3 years into hormones. My growth pains started tapering off after 2 years, but in the last year I've gone from Sporty B's, as I used to say, to a full C, and a complete Tanner 4. I consider it a genetic gift, given that I'm in my 50s. But growth pains definitely started reducing somewhere around the 2 year point and are all but gone now. So I think I'm pretty much done as far as growth goes. But breasts can mature in shape for a few more years (one reason some take progesterone) and I'd be concerned about disturbing that. But really, there's no way to know. Most trans women don't get that much, many don't get much shape, and many only reach Tanner 2 or 3. So those number are in favor of the BA. But growth pains! Would you let a teenage daughter still in growth get a BA?
