I had my phalloplasty done in the late 80's, when techniques left much to be desired. As a result, What I have looks like hollow skin tube. I had to switch to boxers because briefs caused my penis to fold in half and I was afraid of circulatory damage.

I was wondering if they make packers that are hollow and would slip over the penis that I have to give it a little girth and actually look like there is something in my pants without going overboard. I've seen packers that are made for transguys who haven't had bottom surgery that are hollow enough to allow urine to go through them, but  I don't know if they would allow what i have to fit inside.

I'm not sure if they encorporate muscle or some other device to give the current phalloplasties normal girth and the firmness of a flaccid penis. The surgeries to enlarge girth and look like more than a skin roll are so expensive, and at present I am partially disabled (non related problem). I've looked and can't seem to find anything that fits the bill. I should add that although the surgeon did giveme testicular implants, he never connected the two sides into one scrotal sac. I'd appreciate any help.  Also, if anyone in the Indy area  does reasonably priced girth implants and scrotal merging surgery I'd like to check them out.

They do make some length/girth extender toys for sex. I would imagine that they are probably more rigid than what you're looking for, but it may just be a matter of finding a thinner one and working on it until it's more pliable.

I thought about hollowing out some of the normal packers. I don't need length, just normal flaccid rigidity if that makes sense. Some of the packers look like an erection under jeans. I'll keep looking. Thanks.
