pls forget about the cheekimplants. They're gonna distort your face, making it look unnatural and harsh, let alone when animated.
Cheekimplants is one of those ''routine'' advices...and a strange one, because cheekimplants throw a face (even more) off balance.
It's easier to take something of a face than adding something..
