I haven't had a serious head cold since I transitioned which has been great, obviously but also whenever I get a really bad sore throat my voice drops about ten octaves. Or at least that's what it feels it sounds like. And so it has come to pass, I'm coming out the other side of a fairly nasty head cold and now sound like Barry White or Darth Vader. Think I'm going to be very quiet for the next couple of days.

Some herbal tea might help... and carefully inhalating the scent...

or some tea with freshly pressed lemon juice...
