Get to the hospital. The have tools that can examine the area and find the source of the bleeding if it is still bleeding.

You have to be the judge but food will pass through your system in 24 to 48 hours under normal conditions.

Behind
Apart from seeing a doctor:
-eat one or two cups organic yoghurt for a few days (unless allergic) . This restores flora in there with good live bacteria, which is necessary there.
Its possible after use of antibiotics this was a bit depleted.
-try to eat healthy, fresh fruit and vegetables, in a healthy variety, if possible organic, or from a place where its known its grown in a good way (local market...). A tea with fresh pressed lemon juice to help with vitamin C...
-you could try some different teas... maybe anti inflamatory like chamomille...
talk it through with a doc...

hugs

Red velvet cake does that to me too. There is a lot of dye in red velvet so you might be right.   Blood that comes from farther inside is usually darker and if it were hemorrhoids it is usually bright red.  This is not always the case though.
