Hi I am wearing size 9.5 (US) and it is hard to find that size shoes in my country but there are a lot of shoes that are 9(US) size, Is there any way to shrink just one size? exercise? Or muscle loss? I can wear size 9 and walk easily but It hurts after long time..

9.5(US)  = 41(EU)
9(US)  = 40(EU)

You could do it the other way around...
a shoemaker can make shoes wider... there are special tools to do that, half a size or a size...
they kind of stretch the shoe...

well over time its possible on hrt feet get a bit smaller... quite a few trans women said they have a smaller shoe size.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this, but the Chinese use to bind the feet of young virgins to make them ever so delicate where they couldn't walk or as Confucius use to say(just kidding I'm made this up) let the shoemaker do the job if nature turns it's back.

I think your feet get a bit smaller due to spiro, mine went down drastically after using a diuretic for my blood pressure.

I've been on spiro for 20 months , If they've shrunk it's barely noticeable . I wear a size 11 in woman's and probably need an 11 and a 1/2 . but where I shop at Target they only go to an 11. I haven't tried Payless yet, but yea , I wish they did shrink.

As always, people will have individual reactions. What shrinkage does happen though, I think is spiro related.

I cannot vouch for this, I only read about it back on AOL, in the dark days of Dial up.

Foot exercises were devised, stretches especially.
The basic one was putting tension on the toes and upper front foot, and pulling them downwards towards the heel enough to stretch the ligaments.
The purpose was to make her foot more closely resemble a genetic girl's foot: higher arch, more pronounced curvature. This was done by increasing the angle a little. this allowed a smaller shoe size as well.  :-)

I have seen something similar (which I cannot look up from work) for a girl who wanted to train herself to wear "ballet slippers"  (the fetish shoes or boots, with a 12" heel, where you walk on tip-toe?)   Her boyfriend devised a design to force the muscles into the right position while she slept. She wore it religiously. Something like 6 months, she couldn't wear flats.
I imagine we could do the same using similar bracing, but I don't have the skill to fabricate it.  I'd envision a crutch-type device crossed with a leg brace, pulling the toes and heel "down" onto a dowel meant to re-create the arch. It would be a higher arch than a male arch, and leave the outside of the foot alone - can't bind the foot, that curls the toes under and isn't a good idea...
But a slight pressure, like braces on teeth....?    Similar to the Brava et al, also. Or to a posture brace. Or even a halo for neck injuries.

Would be an interesting test - IF I ever get around to properly working on a transition, I'll try a few samples and update with anything I find.
Maybe even sell them?  ;-)

Let HRT take its course and see where you are after a year.  Certainly in my case my feet are around 1 Euro size smaller - whatever the reason - after a little over a year.

Mine went down about 1.5 sizes.

Many will say your feet won't, many also say that they will, up to the gods.

A few tricks though.

If you think a pair of shoes might be half a size too small, buy them anyway.
The first thing to try is the freezer trick.
Get a zip lock bag, put them in the shoes, fill it with water, although I find those garden crystals work better, pop them in the freezer over night, take out, warm up and try on, repeat if needed.

The second is through heat.
Use a hair dryer, warm them up so they're hot to touch, slip them on your feet, keep warming them up again and again. After a while you should be able to get a pair of thin socks on as well, repeat with the socks on.

The 3rd is put them in the dryer for a little bit, you want them again warm to touch, slip them on, use the hair dryer to get them to stretch out a bit more.

Don't wear them out for a few days until you're sure they fit but keep wearing them around the house as much as you can.
If you work at a desk, take them to work as well, all shoes will stretch over time.

I seen an X-ray of feet that had been bound. What happened is as the feet grew, the bones were pushed in to the wrong location making the feet smaller but unusable. They only did this to upper class women because they had servants to carry them were they needed to go.

saw a facebook post last week of the result of feet that were bound.

I'm not a foot person, I hate mine being touched and I can barely touch mine at times, I felt sick seeing them

Unfortunately feet don't fluctuate with weight changes very much, unlike the rest of our bodies, so you're pretty much stuck with what you have now. That being said, if you have a drastic weight loss, like 50 pounds, you will lose in your feet too and they'll be skinnier, possibly able to wear a half size smaller.
I looked into the surgery a few years ago and it was appalling. They can remove part of your heel in order to lose a half to a whole size. Some women are having baby toes amputated in order to fit into narrower shoes and sexy heels. I've always had big feet even when I was little I looked like bugs bunny with my big rabbit feet.lol
Over time though, as you get older, you won't care. I wear the proper size for my feet--nothing is tackier than feet hanging over the edges of a too-small shoe. I'd rather have properly fitting pretty shoes, than try to shove my feet into smaller sizes just for the sake of the number on the sole.
I do get what you're saying though....In Australia, sizes were limited so I was grateful I had already amassed a huge shoe/boot collection before I moved down there.
Still though, you should be able to find any size shoe you need--unfortunately it's mostly in the expensive lines like Minolo and Fendi.
I do agree that if you wear heels, the higher the heel, the smaller the size you an go--that whole tendon-compression thing discussed earlier. I buy my heels about 2 sizes smaller than flats.
Hope that kinda helps somehow :)

An EU 40 is only a small amount larger than average size. So you should not really have trouble finding shoes to fit. Im a 39 and FtM. In the uk its a bastard finding mens shoes that fit that, so i mostly go for unisex styles.

Also DO NOT ->-bleeped-<- about with your tendons, that can damage your feet and male it incredibly difficult to walk later in life. I have damaged tendons from a sport injury, and trust me you want to be damn careful with your tendons. If you ->-bleeped-<- em up there is pretty much NO way to fix them.

Can shoemaker make high heel shoes wider? I think he cant because they are usually from bad mats do that sort of thing. I'm having hard time finding shoes for 43 eu size  :(

Apparently, New Look do shoes with dimensions slightly higher that the stated size. I'm usually size 9 but I've got a pair of size 8 heels which I wear regularly. So I guess, buy from New Look? It's an easy way which doesn't involve potentially mutilating your feet.

You might look at the internet, there might be shoes in larger sizes there. On amazon for example.

Usually shoemakers can make shoes half a size or a size, maybe even more, wider. You might ask them.
As far as I know they make leather wet and stretch it from inside with special tools.
