i just feel lost now I can't trust people I'm so confused.i feel like everyone is lying to me

May I ask you why you feel like you can't trust people and that they are lying to you? We would love to be able to help, but might help if we knew more so we can. Hugs

Won't listen to me won't give me proper help I'm self medicating and I have messed up I hate feeling like this so I'm gonna sort it

May I ask why he won't give you the proper medication and makes you feel he isn't listening to your needs well enough to place you on HRT. What did he try to place you on instead, if you don't mind my asking.

i know but it's flaming country I hate it.so I have to risk myself.

Absolutely nothing that's my point .i don't know he's just a gatekeeper

Why not try a different therapist then. If not in person than online. If one isn't working out it's always better to try another. They are there to help you and if he isn't then he don't sound like a good fit. Hugs

Also Yenneffer have you tried locating a support group in your area. They would be able to help line you up with the right therapist and other supports that you need. It will help show you your not alone in this more directly which I know you need at this point. Hugs
